Our Machines

TSUGAMI M08J-II

The Tsugami M08J is a CNC lathe known for its rigid construction, thermal displacement compensation, and ability to handle heavy-duty machining. It features an 8-station turret and offers a main spindle speed of 200-4,000 min-1. The machine has a rapid traverse rate of X 24m/min and Z 27m/min. It also has a main spindle motor of 9/11 kW.X-200*Z-300 It also features a FANUC 0i-TF control unit.

HWACHEON HIGH TECH 200 C

The Hwacheon Hi-Tech 200C is a CNC turning center designed for high-precision machining. It features a rigid bed, a fast indexing turret, and a powerful spindle, making it suitable for various turning, milling, drilling, and tapping operations. Key specifications include a maximum turning diameter of 350mm, a maximum turning length of 481mm, and a maximum spindle speed of 3,500 RPM.

DMTC VMC.

The VDL1000 is a vertical machining center (VMC) manufactured by Dalian DMTG. It features a worktable with dimensions of 1120 x 560 mm and a maximum load capacity of 750 kg. The machine's travels are 1040mm in X, 580mm in Y, and 620mm in Z. It boasts a rapid traverse rate of 36/36/24 m/min for X/Y/Z axes, respectively. The spindle speed ranges from 60 to 8000 rpm, with a #40 (7:24) taper. The VDL1000 is equipped with an 11/15 kW spindle motor and an automatic tool changer (ATC) with 24 tools.
